After the river's long journey down a cascading waterfall, it empties into a swim hole, or as we call it "Corazon del Rio" (Heart of the River), a beautiful open area to cool off and get wet! The swim hole feeds into a river that extends down and around the lower part of the property.

Depending on the time of year, the river can be ragging or down to a trickle. In the drier season you can easily walk on the dry rocky areas, or sit and read a book with the trickling sounds around you. After the first rains be careful, logs and branches could be floating down.

This beautiful jungle spot is best enjoyed during the rain season, for full river roar and flow.
